Juneteenth Celebration 2025

3,000 excellent quality Black History books were given away for FREE at the 2025 Marietta Square Juneteenth Celebration on Saturday, June 14th. A HUGE thank you to Books For Africa, who donated all of these amazing books for kids and adults. HOPE worldwide North River volunteers have dedicated countless hours organizing these books this year in preparation for the celebration. Thank you to all who showed up on the day, which was variously very hot and very rainy, to share them with our community!
